What is a galactagogue?
A galactagogue comes from the Greek word for milk and is a substance that is taken to help a breastfeeding parent increase their breast milk supply.

Do any of these teas contain caffeine?
No! All of our products are caffeine-free.

What makes our product different?
We are the first ready-to-drink galactagogue beverage. Our formula both quenches your thirst, and delivers several galactagogues promoting breast milk production.

Should I try one product versus another? 
It all depends on your taste buds. They all have the same main functioning ingredients to provide hydration, and help to increase breast milk supply.

I’m pregnant! Can I use your products?
Congrats mama! We don’t recommend our products if you are pregnant.  Please consult with a physician.

How do I consume your products?
Our ready to drink formula can be consumed room temperature or chilled. It’s designed for the mom on the go, so drink all at once or sip throughout the day, it’s up to you. 

What type of testing do your products undergo? 
We test our ingredients for quality and nutritional content, including third party testing that tests for heavy metals, and other contaminants.

What ingredients do you use?
Our formulas include fenugreek, fennel, turmeric, nettle leaf, and milk thistle. These herbs are known galactagogues meant to promote milk production.

What is the recommended daily value?
Our products are carefully crafted so that one bottle of SOLMA will deliver your daily dose of galactagogues.

Will your products increase my supply?
Every body is different and as such, results may vary. That being said, our products are meant to support your breastfeeding journey, so in addition to drinking SOLMA, we recommend following best breastfeeding practices.

Our products are free from the 9 major allergens. 

Do your products contain dairy?
Our products are 100% dairy free!

Do you accept returns/exchanges? Can I get a refund?
Because of the nature of our product and the fact that it is a ready to drink beverage, all sales are final.
